The large southern stingray and bonnethead sharks represent the most dangerous and efficient predators of the seas and make their homes at the Tennessee Aquarium.
An amazing collection of butterflies is on display here. An indoor rainforest houses hundreds of beautifully colored butterflies in a rich tropical environment.
The Tennessee Aquarium also has an impressive collection of reptiles on display. Turtles, lizards and snakes make up a number of fascinating exhibits. Also on display are American Alligators, some of which grow to over 16 feet in length and weigh over a thousand pounds.
