Thundering Surf Water Park, New Jersey
Thundering Surf Water Park is located in Long Beach Island New Jersey and is a definite place to be in the hot summer weather. This park is fun for all ages, and has recently added a new kiddie section, Kowabunga Beach. Kowabunga Beach is a multi-level playground and water slide just for the kids. There is also a section just for the parents to relax and take the sun, because lets face it, you will never get them out of Kowabunga Park!
With 8 water slides, Thundering Surf Water Park can really beat the heat on those over heated summer days. Its your choice, wet and wild or really wet and really wild. The Lazy Crazy River lets you lay back and cruise in a cool river setting, but as soon as you get relaxed the rapids start and the waves churn and splash.
A great amusement for the whole family is Adventure Golf. The 2 18 Hole gorgeously maintained Miniature Golf Course . Its a great way for dad to work on his skills while teaching the youngsters the basics. Its also just a great way to have fun.
Thundering Surf is Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Monday to Sunday 9:00am to 7:30pm. With the beach just a few steps away and a place for the parents to hang out, Thundering Surf is a great place for a large family or group planning a bus charter day trip. Group pricing is available as is bus parking.
